Ari started to make faces on our drive home. She was actually in a pretty good mood though it doesn't look like it from the pictures.

Arilyn's hands were cold, that's why she has on my mitts.

Arilyn and Ashlyn eating out, they had a ball! It was Arilyn's first time eating in a restaurant.
Posing for pictures.

Mobile Pictures

I finally uploaded the pictures from my cell phone. I didn't realize that the last time I uploaded pictures was before Arilyn was born. I hope you like the pictures.

Our little Browne family is getting ready to celebrate our first family Christmas. We decided not to get a tree this year, mainly because we didn't have a place to put one. Problem is, where do you put the presents? Enter Jana...

I was inspired!!! I decided it was about time that Arilyn had a hairdo. I took it upon myself to create with what I had. It was too short for a ponytail, too short for a braid, but the perfect length for a mohawk! Enjoy.

Meet Carter. He's our newest family member. Unfortunately, our Isabelle went missing November 24. I've put up posters and posted her lost on the net, we haven't heard anything. Carter came about after one of my visits to the SPCA looking for Izzie. After looking over Cater's paper work we discovered that he was turned into the pound on the same day Izzie went missing. Our prayers are with Izzie, we still have hope that she's somewhere safe.

Eating Lunch

Arilyn was eating lunch and I decided it was time for a photo shoot.

She looked so cute with her hood up. Though, she didn't like it as much as I did.

Mommy was trying to get me to crawl. She would put all my toys just out of reach so I would have to work to get them. She sure is smart, because it worked. Watch out world, here I come!

Daddy brought home Cheetos the other night. Mommy decided I should taste one. I only had one and ended up getting orange all over me from it. It sure was yummy though.

Arilyn has found her toes! Whenever her toes are exposed they go straight into her mouth. They  seem to be especially tasty right after a bath.

It has begun, Arilyn is becoming mobile. Our baby girl no longer stays where we put her. She is almost 8 months so it was time. We are thrilled to see where our little baby will go. The world is her oyster, may she find her pearl!

Arilyn loves her dolly from Grammie. Her favorite part is it's pacifier.

Isabelle loves being around the kids. The pictures are in the order they were taken. As you can see Isabelle don't mind the kids no matter what Ari does to her.

Andrew is finally home after his trip home to Nova Scotia. He was gone for three very long weeks. While he was gone Arilyn learned to sit up, say Dada and Mama, stand for longer periods of time, and sleep through the night... sometimes. We are slowly getting him used to being around all us women again. Having spent three weeks with men there is a lot of work to be done. We realized the other night that Andrew is the only male in our household, even are animals are girls. I told him we could always get a male dog, or have another baby, hoping it would be a boy. He quickly decided it's not all that bad being the only guy.

Arilyn is changing fast. She's so very close to crawling, she goes in all directions except straight. Everything she sees, and can get her hands on, goes directly into her mouth. She even got Izzie's tail in it last night, I spent a bit of time picking hair out of her mouth. She learned to look around things now. It's pretty cute, you can see her little head bobbing around watching the cats. Her favorite games are peek-a-boo and where's Ari? I have been working hard on having Arilyn take a bottle. She is finally taking it! I'm so very proud of her for it. She will be given one bottle a day, mainly just to give me a break.

I want to send out special thanks to my friend and family who kept me company over the three weeks Andrew was away. If it wasn't for all of you I never would have made it. Thanks so much! You guys are my heros!

Arilyn has now become officially become Albertan! She has experienced the first snow fall in our neck of the woods. I, of course, took advantage of the fresh snow by taking a few pictures. Arilyn didn't really know what was going on, she was much more excited with the possibility of getting some in her mouth.

Arilyn holding my hand, may that always make her smile.
Our baby girl standing up. She's still pretty wobbly, but practice makes perfect.
