Meet Carter. He's our newest family member. Unfortunately, our Isabelle went missing November 24. I've put up posters and posted her lost on the net, we haven't heard anything. Carter came about after one of my visits to the SPCA looking for Izzie. After looking over Cater's paper work we discovered that he was turned into the pound on the same day Izzie went missing. Our prayers are with Izzie, we still have hope that she's somewhere safe.
